That man right there is the patron saint of Fault-Co. A small photo of his face should be mounted on the door of every suburban home to scare off Mormons and tupperware salesmen. God as my witness I'm going to mount a huge 1 meter wide photo print of this guy in my new command center when it is ready with the caption below it : "OUR HEROES NEVER DIE - THEY JUST TAKE IT EASY DURING THE OFF SEASON."

ReplyDeleteThe head honcho chemist at the water company in my home state told an audience of employees that he wouldn't let his own children drink the water as is from the tap. He filters it, for his own home.
ReplyDeleteThis wasn't due to flouride - which he claimed was in too small a quantity to matter. It was due to the water being chlorinated. The problem wasn't the chlorine itself, but the fact that chlorine binds so easily to heavy metals and other crap present in the water and the miles of old pipe that it travels through, forming some compounds you wouldn't want to ingest.
